Aligner32 Returns & Refund Policy

At Aligner32, we’re committed to delivering exceptional oral care solutions, ranging from custom clear aligners to whitening kits and more. We want you to feel confident in every purchase, which is why our return and refund policies are designed to be clear, fair, and customer-first. Please review the following terms before placing your order.

Important Notice

We encourage you to consider your decision thoroughly before proceeding, as cancellations and returns are subject to the specific conditions outlined below. Please read our guidelines carefully before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellation

    • You may cancel your order within 5 calendar days of purchase.
    • After 5 days, cancellations are no longer accepted if your order has entered the production phase.
  2. Impression Kits

    • For hygiene and safety, used impression kits are non-returnable.
    • Unused kits may be returned at your expense. Refunds are issued only after inspection.
    • If you choose not to proceed after reviewing your treatment plan/smile preview, no refund will be issued.
  3. Clear Aligners

    • Based on your photos and impressions, if our experts determine that you aren't a good candidate for our clear aligner treatment, we will give you a full refund (minus any transaction fees).
    • Once your aligners are produced, they cannot be returned.
    • If your first set of aligners doesn’t fit as expected, we’ll remake them at no extra cost. However, if you’ve had any dental work after submitting your impressions, the aligners may not fit and won’t be remanufactured free of charge.
    • If you decline your 3D treatment plan and opt out, the impression kit fee and transaction charges will be retained.
    • If you’ve followed all treatment guidelines but are unsatisfied with the final results, you may request a re-assessment. Photos of your teeth with the final aligners in place are required.
    • Requests for the refinement should be placed within 2-3 weeks after the completion of the treatment. If approved, refinement aligners may be provided for a fee of $200 USD.
  4. Retainers

    • Retainers are non-returnable and non-refundable once manufactured.
    • Retainer-only customers: Retainers are created using the impressions you submit. If your teeth have shifted by the time you receive them, such as from not wearing retainers after earlier orthodontic treatment, we cannot take responsibility. No free replacements will be provided in such cases.
    • Existing aligner customers:If you are an aligner customer, it’s essential to keep wearing your last set of aligners or retainers to avoid relapse. Any tooth movement may cause new retainers to fit incorrectly. In such cases, Aligner32 will reassess the fit, and if approved, new retainers will be fabricated.
  5. Night Guards

    • Due to hygiene protocols, night guards are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped.
    • If your teeth have shifted by the time the night guard is delivered, due to not maintaining their position after prior orthodontic treatment, we cannot be held liable and complimentary replacements will not be provided
  6. Sports Mouth Guards

    • Sports mouth guards are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
    • We are not responsible for fit issues caused by changes in tooth alignment. If your teeth have shifted before your mouth guard is delivered due to not maintaining alignment after prior orthodontic treatment, complimentary replacements will not be provided.
  7. Whitening Kits & Oral Care Products

    • Opened or used whitening kits and oral care items (including UV cleaners) are not eligible for return or refund.
    • Unopened and unused products may be returned, but return shipping is your responsibility.
    • Refunds are issued only after inspection and minus transaction feesRefunds will only be issued after the inspection of the product and minus any transaction fee (based on your mode of payment).
    • Refund Processing & Fees

      • Approved refunds are processed within 10–12 business days via your original payment method.
      • A non-refundable transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. This amount varies based on your payment method.
      • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued minus the shipping and handling fees we covered to mail the item.
      • Aligner32 is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
