Our process
Getting Started is Easy
Select the option that works best for you: an at-home impression kit or a digital 3D scan at a nearby partner clinic. If you choose a scan, your records will be sent directly to us for review. If you prefer the impression kit, simply follow the included instructions and mail your completed impressions back to our team.
Approve Your New Smile
After receiving your impressions or scans, our team will create a 3D treatment plan projecting your new smile. It will be approved by a licensed dentist or orthodontist and after you have approved your smile projection as well, our team will start creating your customized clear aligners.
Receiving the Aligners
Once your customized aligners have been created they will be shipped directly to your home. You can start wearing your aligners right away. Wear your aligners for the specified time for your plan. You will need to change your aligner trays after every 10 days since each new tray is straighter than the previous one.
Retaining Your Smile
After you have successfully straightened your teeth with our clear aligners and have achieved a new smile, you will need to wear our clear retainers so that your teeth do not move back into their original position. You will have to wear the retainers for 20 to 22 hours a day for six months and for the next six months, you can start wearing them solely throughout the night.

Your impression kit includes the materials and instructions needed to make molds of your teeth. Follow the instructions carefully, take the required impressions, and return them using the provided return instructions. If you need help, contact our team for live one-on-one guidance.
Yes. If a partner clinic is available near you, you can arrange an in-person 3D dental scan instead of making impressions at home. The scan captures digital information about your teeth for treatment planning, while an impression kit lets you complete this step from home.
A US-licensed dentist or orthodontist reviews your dental information and proposed treatment plan. This assessment helps determine whether your teeth and bite are suitable for Aligner32 treatment before you proceed.
Once your dental records are received, your case is reviewed for treatment suitability. If you're a suitable candidate, your personalized treatment plan and smile projection can be prepared for your review. After you approve the plan and complete the required steps, your aligners can move into production.
It usually takes a few weeks. When we receive your workable impressions, it takes around 2 weeks to create your treatment plan. From there, developing and shipping your aligners takes approximately 3 weeks.
Some pressure or mild discomfort can occur when you begin wearing a new set. If your aligners seem unusually loose, don't fit as expected, or cause persistent pain, contact the Aligner32 support team for guidance. Don't force a tray into place or change your treatment schedule without advice.
