Cancellation policy

  • If you have purchased a product through a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries every 4 months. To ensure timely delivery, your payment method will be automatically charged 2 weeks before each scheduled shipment.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date to prevent future recurring charges.
  • Cancellation requests received after a recurring order has been billed, processed, or shipped will apply to future recurring deliveries only. Any recurring order that has already been billed, processed, or shipped cannot be cancelled and will remain subject to the applicable refund and return terms outlined in this Refund & Return Policy.
